Cancellation Policy
The Glow Room Booking & Cancellation Policy **24-Hour Cancellation Policy** We understand that plans can change. Please provide at least **24 hours’ notice** if you need to cancel or reschedule your Glow Room appointment. Cancellations or rescheduling requests made with less than 24 hours’ notice will result in the **session being forfeited, and payment for that session will still be due**. **No-Show Policy** If you do not attend your scheduled appointment without providing at least 24 hours’ notice, the **session will be forfeited and payment for that session will still be due**. **Membership Terms** All Glow Room memberships are **month-to-month memberships** and are invoiced on a **monthly basis**. Memberships require **one full calendar month’s notice to cancel**. Membership fees remain payable during the cancellation notice period. **Non-Transferable** All Glow Room sessions, packages and memberships are **strictly non-transferable** and may only be used by the person they were purchased for. **Non-Refundable** All purchases are **non-refundable** once payment has been made. This includes individual sessions, packages, memberships and promotional offers. **Package Validity** Packages must be used within their stated validity period. Unused sessions will expire after this period and cannot be exchanged, transferred or refunded. By purchasing a Glow Room session, package or membership, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.
