What is Red Light Therapy?
Red light therapy (RLT), also known as photobiomodulation, is a non-invasive treatment that uses specific wavelengths of red and near-infrared light to support the body’s natural processes.
The light penetrates the skin and is absorbed by cells throughout the body. It can interact with the mitochondria - the “powerhouses” of our cells - helping to support cellular energy production and ATP (adenosine triphosphate) production.
With greater cellular energy available, the body can support its natural processes involved in recovery, repair and renewal.
Red light therapy is gentle, painless and requires no downtime, making it easy to incorporate into your regular wellness routine.
20 minutes. No downtime. Just glow.

Who is it for and what are the benefits?
